Eternal Lake Nature Reserve is a wonderful place to stretch and unwind, with its peaceful atmosphere and unique feel.
There is a class for everyone, whether you are an accomplished yogi or a complete beginner, we even do a seated yoga class for the more mature yogi, or for rehabilitating from illness or if you have impaired movement.

Monday Morning Detox Hatha. 10-11am
Come and detox after the weekend, restore your energy and grab a smoothie in the Pureplanet Cafe afterwards for the ultimate Monday morning reboot!
Tuesday Morning Beginners Class 10-11am
This class is an introduction to yoga. Gentle and inspiring, this class is for you, if you are anxious or nervous about starting something new. Lou will ease you into postures and awaken your Chi, with a beautiful meditation at the end.
Tuesday Morning Intermediate Class 11.00-12.00pm
For those who have been practicing for a while, a confident class to revitalise and stretch out deeply.
Wednesday Morning Seated Yoga 10-11am
This class is aimed at the more mature yogi, or for those who need a bit more support. Come along to this rehabilitating and mindful class, that focusses on improving coordination, balance and energy levels in a gentle and supportive way.
Yoga & Mindfulness Kids Club
Wednesday Afternoon Yoga & Mindfulness Kid’s Club 4.00-5.15pm
After school fun to go wild into imaginative yoga, dance and stretching. With a beautiful mindful relaxation and a healthy vegan meal served in the Pureplanet Cafe after the class, included in the price
Parents can watch the class, or relax at the Nature Reserve, enjoy the peaceful cafe, with the most amazing views of the lakes and go home with happy, satisfied kids with full bellies, giving you a clear evening to relax. This club is term time only. (School Holiday classes will be available)
Energised Yoga & Dance
Friday Morning Energising Flow. 10-11am
This is the class to get your heart pumping and your body invigorated for the weekend ahead. Movement, dance and yoga all incorporated for a good workout to build up a sweat. Finishing at 11am, the perfect time for a well earned brunch in the Pureplanet Cafe.
